Vauxhall Missing Link wins two Landscape Institute Awards
A fantastic double win for Erect Architecture at the 2015 Landscape Institute Awards. Our project Vauxhall Missing Link: The Promenade of Curiosities won the 'Adding Value through Landscape' Award. This award focuses on strategic urban regeneration projects that have led to increased visitor numbers and inward private investment. The same project – for client Vauxhall One – was also highly commended for Urban Design and Masterplanning. Erect collaborated with Landscape Architect J&L Gibbons on the project, which was won through an international competition.
The judges said of the project: ‘It covers green infrastructure and multi functional use of space and aims to reconnect the area with its history in an artistic way.’
